Glazed Stoneware

Stoneware clays used in our planters are coarse and dense to withstand heavier treatment and greater stresses in firing. It is similar in mineral composition to stones and on occasion both are alike in color and texture. When the clay is fired to maturity at about 2250 degrees Fahrenheit, it becomes vitreous and durable in all types of weather conditions. Our Glazed Stoneware are available in a variety of glossy and matte glazes that include just about every color in the garden landscape.
